I started Leadfoot Shirts because I was tired of all the ridiculously high pricing of getting t-shirts made, especially in smaller quantities. As I became more involved in paintball I was finding that most teams and even fields were having a hard time getting shirts made due to high minimum quantities and high fees most screen printing companies charge. Now of course, some of this is due to the high cost of overhead to run the bigger shops but I wanted to change all that. I was able to accomplish my goal on a very part time basis until June 2016 when I made the painful decision to quit manual screen printing since I was not able to do it full time. My focus has now turned to dye sublimation and screen printed heat transfers.
Dye sublimation has been a very fun process to learn. The best part about it is the prints can be in full color! I can print a maximum size of about 8" x 13.5" and on a wide range of products, including apparel.
Screen printed heat transfers are a great option because it allows me to offer custom names and numbers along with custom logos. This is a great process to be able to look great on the field at an affordable price.
